Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MaxGravity (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use MaxGravity. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Use of Service
MaxGravity provides unified access to third-party AI models for text, image, video, voice, and other generative tasks. Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for your account credentials, your usage, and the content you submit. You must keep your API keys confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for MaxGravity, our users, or our upstream providers.
3. Payment and Credits
MaxGravity is billed on a prepaid credit basis. You purchase credits in advance and they are consumed as you make inference requests. Per-request prices are shown in the Service and may change as upstream model pricing changes.
Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits remain on your account and do not expire as long as your account is in good standing. Failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.
Subscription plans, if any, renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use MaxGravity to:
- Violate any applicable law or the terms of upstream model providers.
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or content that exploits or endangers people.
- Generate targeted harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
- Build weapons, malware, or systems intended to cause physical or financial harm.
- Resell raw API access to third parties without an active reseller agreement with MaxGravity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits and security controls.
We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Output from AI models may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case; you are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxGravity and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
